Colorful florals took center stage throughout Anna and Jacob’s spring garden party wedding at Four Seasons Austin. The couple wanted to embrace vibrant seasonal hues and the beautiful April weather for their outdoor wedding beside Lady Bird Lake. Moreover, they envisioned an elegant yet laidback atmosphere that didn’t feel too formal. Pearl Events Austin worked their magic and created the celebration of the couple’s dreams!
Anna and Jacob are a sweet couple who met on the internet during the height of the pandemic. There wasn’t much to do, so they got to know each other quickly. Jacob is from Austin, and Anna has lived there for nine years. Since the city holds a special place in their hearts, they wanted their wedding day to reflect that. Exchanging vows beside Lady Bird Lake, one of their favorite places in Austin, was one of the most important pieces when planning. So, the Four Seasons Austin was the perfect choice. It gave them a stunning outdoor space for their ceremony, with an indoor dance party guests would always remember.
Colorful Garden-Inspired Wedding Details
Anna and Jacob aren’t afraid to play around with color! They incorporated shades of coral pink, orange, yellow, blue, and green throughout their wedding details, with pops of purple. Anna carried a bouquet by Stems Floral featuring the most stunning coral charm peonies. Meanwhile, ranunculus, chrysanthemums, and soft lavender delphinium made the perfect accent flowers.
The couple’s floral ceremony arch was equally bold, with roses in shades of juicy tangerine, peach, and yellow. Later, their florist incorporated similar flowers into the centerpieces on their reception tablescapes. The pink and orange blossoms paired perfectly with green and blue watercolor napkins. Even the couple’s wedding cake featured colorful pressed flowers all over!
Another stand-out detail was the bridal party’s attire. Anna’s bridesmaids wore mismatched dresses in shades of pink, yellow, and orange. A few of the dresses even featured a floral pattern! Meanwhile, Jacob’s groomsmen wore complementing navy blue suits paired with light blue and dark green neckties. All of the colors looked incredible together.
Spring Wedding Reception at Four Seasons Austin
It was important to Anna and Jacob to spend as much of their wedding day outdoors as possible. Accordingly, they made the most of the indoor-outdoor facilities at Four Seasons Austin. Their reception began with an al fresco dinner underneath bistro lights as dusk fell. Then, once it was dark outside, the celebration moved indoors. Above the checkered dance floor, a showstopping installation of colorful hanging florals continued the garden party theme. The Nightowls also played their set on a stage brimming with lush blooms.
I’m so glad I could meet Anna and Jacob and photograph their spring wedding at Four Seasons Austin. I’m obsessed with all the colorful details, and I know you will be too!
