WHO can resist these cheeks?? I'm pretty sure Reina and Ricardo thought I was crazy, because I could NOT stop pinching those cheeks...love them! We had the funniest morning strolling around Discovery Green park downtown trying to make this little one laugh. He smiled upon my arrival - big cheeks and two little teeth - and then the smile mysteriously disappeared and did not want to make a reappearance. I know my camera is big and scary, but smiles are important! And I was having a hard time pinching cheeks and shooting at the same time. Fortunately, Mom and Dad were both there to help with tickles and kisses. :)

A couple of weeks ago, April and I hooked up for a "just because" portrait session. All I can say is...she's beautiful. And her sister helped style the session with incredibly gorgeous, perfectly put together outfits. It was so much fun to obsess over the props for this session, all the while thinking about how to portray who April truly is.

baby piper.

Last week I had the pleasure of meeting the tiny and adorable baby Piper. She came into this world a little earlier than expected, therefore at three weeks old her tiny fingers and toes still look like she was just born. Heaven!

Proud parents Mimi, Jeff and big brother Cameron welcomed me into their home and worked hard to help me get her to fall fast asleep. We were then able to grab some pics! I think it was worth our patience. :) Enjoy some of my favorites...

Now that Alex and Allison's wedding has safely passed, I am allowed to blog Allison's bridal session. Hands down, she was absolutely STUNNING. Not only that, but she just happens to live next door to an incrediblly kind and sharing neighbor who let us use their house as our playground. As you can see, their house was the perfect spot. Enjoy some of my favorites!
