Today is a big day. I have been waiting for the right moment, but I want to introduce you to the love in MY life. My incredibly good looking, incredibly hilarious husband is the best thing that ever happened to me.
Our story is a little unconventional, we first met in high school, but were passing ships in the night...it was years later when I found his email on a forward and sent him a short note saying, "Are you chris wilhite?" that we truly began to get to know each other. I was living in Spain and he was playing baseball in college...and we just started emailing and talking. Years later--and many, many emails later--I moved home to Texas. We were married a year and a half later.
There are many great stories in between those sentences, but you will just have to keep reading my blog to find out. My husband has given me everything; unconditional love that has allowed me to truly be myself and take life as it comes. He makes me a much more relaxed, much more funny, me.
Since he is normally running in the opposite direction when I pull out my camera, I am VERY limited on the pictures I have of him. But I snapped this random picture when we were on a scavenger hunt through an automotive junk yard (I was incredibly curious and had to bring my camera). I could say all kinds of mushy stuff like he has incredibly eyes, but I won't embarrass him. :) Here is a first look at MY love...
