The anticipation has been killing me!  I’ve been dying to show the images from my sister Cynthia’s gorgeous South African wedding. When our family arrived in Cape Town for the week, we really had no idea what was going to take place on Saturday, February 26th. This is very unusual for my family to not be involved in every detail, so we decided to go with the flow and cherish each second. We were surprised and excited by every detail that Cynthia lovingly planned.  The theme was a celebration of where the bride and groom came from – Cynthia’s Texas roots and Chris’ South African roots. The day was filled with a ceremony under the perfect tree, specialty Pimms cocktails served on haystacks and dinner served under a pergola strung with twinkle lights.  The night was truly magical.

To my gorgeous and courageous older sister, Cynthia, I love you.  Here’s to many more celebrations in the future.  Thank you for giving me the opportunity to capture this one.
